Compliance Summary Remarks:
UTV used to perform inspection. Lease-road washed is impassable. Well is on levy on the Arkansas River. Due to river flooding the wellhead is covered by sand. There is on 2" pipe sticking up above the sand marked by a flag. Production equipment is located at the Kern C 2-3 well and was not inspected at this time.
