Compliance Summary Remarks:
During my lease inspection I noted that the well head was leaking fluids into the small pit that had been dug around the wellhead, The pit has filled up and is leaking fluids out on location effecting a 2 by 5 foot area. The small pit is 5 feet by 5 feet and 1 foot deep.
