Compliance Summary Remarks:
Elm Springs finished burring the well slap and returned the land to original conditions. Elm Springs also remove the rest of the junk from Mr. Mahony's Land. Elm Springs seeded and fertilized the well location But did not seed or fertilize Mr. Mahony's land due to a gas pipe line being laid soon. I called Mr. .Mahony and he stated he was happy so we loaded up and left the property all work was done and no damage was done to gates or the road. This is my last inspection on this well and tank site.
