Compliance Summary Remarks:
The Well consists of casing and tubing with a closed valve on the tubing. The flow line is disconnected and laying on the ground with a closed valve on it. The old electrical box is on site. There is an open top oil tank (100bbl) on a trailer beside the Well and is 1/4 full of oil. There is a 5 gallon bucket full of trash and 3 old wood pallets on site. Excess vegetation on site.
