Compliance Summary Remarks:
Tubing in well is capped. There are no rods in well plus the horse head has been removed. There are 12 joints of tubing on the ground at this site. Each joint contains a cut off sucker rod. There is two small areas that contain some crude oil and saltwater at this site. It is contained but needs to be addressed.
