Producing, plunger in wellhead, compressor is running, containment ring does have a liner, heavy oil in produced water tank, oil is steadily dripping into tank, excessive vegetation around wellhead and over entire location. Lease road is in very poor shape and has not been maintained for several years. No enforcement at this time.MP (CV19)
