Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, pump jack at wellhead, well is methanol injected, compressor is running, containment ring does not have a liner, several open plumbing lines coming from ground, containment for fresh oil and used oil tank is missing a plug, heavy oil and water are draining directly to ground, and running to edge of location. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
