Compliance Summary Remarks:
Reinspect as per Mike Passmore. Location is worse than in previous inspections, no production reported since 06/2018, equipment is now completely covered with vegetation, flood debris has not been cleared from location, excessive vegetation is starting to ground inside containment, plumbing to produced water tank appears to still be broken. NOTE: While location was under flood waters, containment was partially filled with sand from floods. Issue resolved.MP
