Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, pump jack at wellhead, heavy water stains on ground around dehy, wellhead is showing heavy rust and metal flaking, plumbing into produced water tank is rotting, plumbing at water tank is possibly leaking underground, ground is collapsing and stained water is standing on pipe. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
