Compliance Summary Remarks:
FIR is a follow up to a landowner complaint. Well is producing, approx 20' areas around wellhead and equipment is clean, remainder of location is covered with heavy vegetation, no major erosion issues were noted, just small rain washes next to produced water tank. NOTE: Containment leak from 06/14/21 appears to have been repaired. No enforcement at this time.MP
