Compliance Summary Remarks:
During my inspection I noted casing with tubing valves and a pumping tee. I also noted this well has a cellar. Additionally I noted that the above stated well has trees grown up around the well. last I noted that proper identification was posted at the well. The only was to access the well is by walking.
