Compliance Summary Remarks:
Land owner contacted AOGC with leak location 8/26/21. PN 31706 was plugged in November of 1986. According to Form 2 location of well it is very close to the location of said gas leak. Inspections on 8/31/21 and 9/20/21. Inspection pictures are from 9/20/21 inspection.
