Compliance Summary Remarks:
All equipment needed to produce fluids was present and seamed to be in working order. I noted that a small amount of oil was around the well head and proper identification was not posted at the well. The above stated well was not producing at the time of my inspection. Last I noted that the electric box switch was in the on position.
