Compliance Summary Remarks:
DPMOS, old chart meter still on location, containment ring does have a liner, top of produced water tank and bird netting has fallen into tank, containment ring is actually 22", but is missing bolts at 20", to get the 67 bbl containment, location appears to have been recently weed sprayed. No enforcement at this time.MP
