Compliance Summary Remarks:
Re-inspect as per Mike Passmore. Tank and containment have been corrected, PMOS, electric meter producing on location with XTO Long 2-35, clean location. Follow-up inspection is from old FIR system. Issue resolved. No enforcement.MP
