Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a pumping unit and it is bridled up to the polishing rod. There is no motor and no flow lines. There is no well ID at this site. There is around 1/2bbl of oil around the well head and out about 15feet. No obvious leaks. Talked with the operator and he said that he would take care of this issue.
