Compliance Summary Remarks:
Tried to conduct inspection but could not make it to wellhead. Talked with pumper and he said that there is no road to wellhead and that you have to drive down pipeline right a way to get to it. About a quarter mile but there is no way to make it down the pipeline right a way as it has almost turned into a forest itself overgrown with vegetation and trees.
