Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, compressor is running, excessive vegetation around wellhead and equipment, dirt containment is completely covered with vegetation and is starting to erode, fluids in tank appear to be mostly oil, plumbing to produced water tank is rotted and broken apart, appears that oil and fluids are killing grass inside containment. No enforcement at this time.MP(cv-19)
