Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing well. Compressor is running. Tank has heavy oil inside and bird net torn not covering. Secondary containment has no liner and has heavy stains where fluid has spilled out when tank got to full. Otherwise clean location. (RJS - Operator contacted 9-12-2023)
