Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well consists of casing and tubing only. No other equipment on site. There is excess vegetation around the well and the tubing has a metal cap but the tubing has a 1" opening where the flow line was once connected. The annulus side also has a 2" opening with no valve or plug.
