Compliance Summary Remarks:
Small amount of fluid by well head seems to be from stuffing box. There are no visible leaks at this time. Heavy grass and weed growth around pumping unit. There is a lot of oil field debris such as belts wires and trash around pumping unit. Pumping unit power is off at this time. 33.43765 -93.12878
