Compliance Summary Remarks:
Fluid level test conducted on 08/18 = Tubing - 1435' @ 47 PSI, Casing - 4145' @ 47 PSI, containment ring does not have a liner, plumbing to produced water tank is broken off outside of tank. NOTE: Main valves on wellhead are broken and well cannot be properly shut in. Gas pressure is being stopped by small wing valves, that also do not operate. No enforcement at this time.MP
