Compliance Summary Remarks:
The valve at the well is closed not producing or flowing gas. It appears to show just below 40 psi if the gauge is working properly. Additional equipment is present; fluids tank separator compressor dehy 2 meters (one meter is for the Fredrick 1 . Meters are in working shape. The compressor is in bad shape not running and appears to be missing a flywheel. The Dehy is in rough shape and falling apart. The Produced fluid tank is almsost full. Location is covered in vegetation and can barely see some equipment or walk through it There is a sales meter adjacent to the site which is the tie-in to the Black Hills transmission line. No gas currently being sold on black hills sales line ( Per land owner the operator is not going to flow gas until gas prices go back up). (RJS - talked to operator over phone 8-18-2023)
