Compliance Summary Remarks:
The valve is open but the well is not producing or flowing gas. Nothing on pad but the wellhead & produced water tank & signage. Tank is empty. Containment is a 25’ diameter earthen berm ~6” tall. It has been walked down by cattle over time & is no longer tall enough to have the proper containment volume. The meter for this well is over on the Fredrick #2. There is a line going to the farm house their. (RJS - talked to operator over phone 8-18-2023)
