Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a pumping unit and it is producing. There is approximately 5 gallons of fluids around the well head coming from the stuffing box. The pumper is in the process of tightened it up to stop the small leak. The well ID sign needs to read the correct operator. It still shows R&S Energy.
