Compliance Summary Remarks:
Reinspect as per Mike Passmore, no changes from previous inspections. Well has not produced since 06/2016, excessive vegetation around wellhead and equipment, dirt containment is smaller than tank capacity and is completely covered with vegetation, including small trees, chart meter hasn't been changed since 2016. Past enforcement pending.MP
