Compliance Summary Remarks:
Due to heavy floods, location has been completely under water. Tank and containment were both on an elevated platform, that was pulled up by flood waters, tank, containment and platform are all still overturned, plumbing lines were also broken apart, location is not back to producing. No enforcement at this time.MP
