Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, compressor is running, containment ring does have a liner. NOTE: 140bbl and 30bbl tank are inside a separate containment ring, but liner is rotted and torn. 140bbl tank appears to be leaking from under tank, fluids and oil sheen are standing between tanks, vegetation is killed and fluids have strong odor, location also has a large oil spill on ground behind compressor shed. Location is shared with Denman 3-13 and Wright-Humpries 1-13. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
