Compliance Summary Remarks:
No change since last inspection (10/6/2015). All QEP production equipment has been removed. There are 2 meter runs remaing on location. One meter run with a digital meter is working and recording production for an un-known well. The other meter run has no meter and isn't recording anything. Well plugged 3/20/2014.
