Compliance Summary Remarks:
During my inspection of the Carroll Heris #1 well I noted that the staining around the well head had been cleaned. I also noted that the stained dirt near the well but in the edge of the slough had also been cleaned. Mr. Sincair has done the work requested by AOGC staff
