Producing well, no sign at the well location, no liner in the secondary containment, 9” of oil in the secondary containment of the plastic oil tank, the compressor was running during the inspection, shared site with Gilker #1, other than that a clean site. Noted on Gilker #1 FIR. No enforcement.MP
