Compliance Summary Remarks:
Site has had recent dirt work. Containment has excess fluids that are leaching through the walls and are being released via drain line. The Drain line cap is unscrewed and does not have a valve. Released fluids flows into a 2x2 trench narrows down as it gets to wood line to a 1x1 trench. Fluid level in trench is 6 "-3 The trench is approx. 600' then it opens to a logging road. Saltwater has traveled at least another 600' then it opens to a loggin road. Saltwater has traveled has flooded the road- which has standing water. There is a small low area next tot eh Horton Boyle #3 well which also contains form of the saltwater run-off
