Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, digital sales meter on location, compressor is running, bird netting is falling into tank, fluids inside tank are mostly waste oil, heavy amount of waste oil is running down plumbing and into containment, waste oil is also covering metal steps next to tank (possibly from a leaking hammer union or joint). NOTE: Pumper was on location and is going to return with oil dry. Operator (pumper) contacted by DB. No enforcement at this time.MP
