Compliance Summary Remarks:
Location has been completely destroyed by heavy floods, several broken plumbing lines are open, tank and containment were lifted and dropped onto meter run, both tank and containment are destroyed, location and everything around it are now covered in 2 to 6 ft of sand, F.E.C. is filing a form 24 for the lost fluids from the produced water tank. No enforcement at this time.MP
