Compliance Summary Remarks:
Found well with rods and tubing in well bore. Pumping unit on site but has been pushed away from the well head. Flow line has been cut. Found no well ID. Excess vegetation present. A few old rods along with some misc junk remain on site. I found no tanks associated with this well.
