Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well is casing and tubing with a valve on top of the tubing and it is closed. There are valves on the annulus sides also and they are closed. Old dry oil on ground around the well head. There is an heater treater on site laying on its side with it cut open and there is approximately 1-2bbls of oil inside. There is a pit close by and full of water that is approximately 20 by 60.There is an 210bbl oil tank beside the road going to the well. It is approximately 100 yards from the well. The tank sounds empty but has some sludge in the bottom and there is a little bit coming out of a hole in the tank close to the bottom valve. There is some oil on the ground from this leak. Approximately 1/2 gallon. There is excess trees/vegetation around the well and tank and the cut heater treater. There is no well ID at this site.
