Compliance Summary Remarks:
Due to heavy floods, location and lease road are heavily damaged, produced water tank is missing, several broken plumbing lines are open, location and lease road are now completely covered with sand, heavy trash and debris on location, both chart meters appear to have heavy damage. NOTE: A frac tank just off location has been washed into a large gully, some buried pipelines to this location have now been exposed. No enforcement at this time.MP
