Compliance Summary Remarks:
Final Inspection not met, location returned to grade, FEC equipment removed, one unmarked riser still on location, entry sign is still in place, area of buried wellhead was left in poor shape. Large pieces of wooden cellar were not buried, several misc. pieces of wellhead were left on ground, approx 20' circle of cement was left poured on ground. (No contact for email.MP)
