Compliance Summary Remarks:
During my inspection of the above stated well I noted that the power was shut off at the switch box. I also noted that the above stated well had a down hole pump. A pumping unit slab is preent at this well. Additionaly I noted that the flow line is burried and can not be flowwed to an tank battery. The flow line is connected to the pumping tee and the valve is in the open position.
