Compliance Summary Remarks:
Heavy floods have had location completely under water, tank and containment were moved by flood water, plumbing lines were broken loose at tank. Location is back producing, plunger in wellhead, tank and containment have been repaired, plumbing lines are still bent at ground level, bird netting has fallen into tank, clean location.
