Compliance Summary Remarks:
FIR is for a spill reported by XTO. Heavy floods have caused major damage to location, meter run and upright separator were both damaged and plumbing pulled out of ground, produced water tank and containment damaged, produced water tank is broken loose and on ground outside of containment, both oil tanks washed away from location, Location is not back to producing, pump jack at wellhead, repairs are still being made. No enforcement at this time.MP
