Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a complete pumping unit but it is not producing. The flow line valve is open and the power is on to the motor. There is a steel barrel and a poly tote right beside the well. There is oil around the well head and it ran off of the well pad approximately 120 feet down hill around small pine trees. Most of the oil has been soaked up by the pine straw but there is areas of liquid oil still present. Approximately 1bbl of oil in all. A fir 5 will be done.
