Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a complete pumping unit but it is not producing. The flow line valve is open and the power is still on to the motor. There is excess tubing and a poly tote setting beside the well. There is oil around the well head and it ran off of the well pad down hill to approximately 75 feet. It stopped in a low area around small pine trees. It looks to be approximately 1bbl of oil in all. A fir 5 will be done.
