Compliance Summary Remarks:
No changes since the last inspection. Oil is still easing up out of the Larkin Head and unto the well pad. Partial pumping unit is on site. It is still around a 4ft x 8ft area. This well sits inside a chain link fence with the Grayson Nygaard and Pace Tank Battery. Excess vegetation and trees all over the area.
