Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing Gate is locked with a personal land owner lock and does not have a Merit lock on it. Had to walk to location. Secondary containment is about halfway full of storm water and looks to have been for some time with tall water grass growing up tall as the tank. Other than that clean location.
