Compliance Summary Remarks:
During my inspection of the Dumas #1 well I noted that recent work at started at the well and a new tank battery had been constructed in the alley behind 903 Crestwood Street. After further inspection I noted the tank battery was located only 84 feet from the back door of 903 Crestwood Street, a new flow line has bee nlaid from the well across a storm water drainage ditch to the newly constructed tank battery. I also noted that proper identification ws not posted and part of an old tank was in the alley. Last I noted the pumping unit motor was missing and a new power pole had been set near the well.
