Compliance Summary Remarks:
Checked the well this morning after installing the first plug and still no flow coming up out of well bore. Started in at 0730hrs to tag the plug to verify the depth of it. Tagged top of the plug at 2315ft. Added water to well and lost 2bbls. Started in with the 2nd plug(cement) at 0925hrs. Put in 30 sacks of cement from 2315ft to 2100ft. Pulled up 6 joints of tubing and reversed water flow to wash out the tubing. During the process of adding cement and reversing the water flow there was back flow coming up to the surface outside of the 24" caisson. It did stop immediately after stopping the water flow. Added water after pulling joints up to 1250ft and lost 3bbls. We let the cement set up from 1000hrs to 1400hrs. Went back in and tagged up on the 2nd plug at 2121ft at 1435hrs. Put in 30 sacks of cement from 2121ft to 1900ft at 1515hrs. Pulling out tubing and left 36 joints in the well. Closed the ram and the valve on the tubing and will tag again tomorrow.
