Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well is capped casing and has a pumping unit in place. Motor has been removed. Well ID still shows the former operator name on it. There is excess vegetation and small tree saplings around the well. Talked to the pumper and he said they will take care of it. GPS is 33.39989 -92.74304
