Compliance Summary Remarks:
Follow up as per Mike Passmore, for a possible spill. Due to recent floods, location was completely under water and the drain pipe for produced water tank has broken loose. Meter has been removed, compressor is not running, containment is overflowing. Produced water tank has approx 2 ft of fluids and oil inside of it, pressure from containment fluids is keeping tank fluids from flowing out. Gene Vorhees of Unit reported that they would take care of tank and fluids, as soon as possible, no other obvious equipment damage noted. Issue resolved.MP
