Compliance Summary Remarks:
Fluid level test conducted on 06/06/16 = Well appears to be full of water on both tubing and casing, depth shots were tried several times on both. Pressure on tubing was 20 PSI and a fluid depth of 56' was the only reading that could be made. Pressure on the casing was 128 PSI and a depth of 35' was the only reading that could be made. All attempts for fluid level shots would fill gun with water as soon as valves were opened. Referred to Krystal for B-7 enforcement.MP
